Sublimation is the process of transforming a solid into a gas without passing thruogh the liquid phase. How this applies to how we make our full colour personalized promotional products is as follows: We use specialized dyes. These are different and a higher quality than your average transfer inks used in traditional Iron-ons. The products we use are specially coated to attract the dyes deep into the product. Unlike traditional Iron-ons where the image is glued to the surface of the product with Sublimation our images are trapped beneath the surface to provide you with a long-lasting vibrant image that can sustain many washes and ultra-violet sunlight.
